Thank you for shopping with Judaica-Jswag! We partner with SpreadConnect (Spreadshirt’s global print-on-demand fulfillment network) to produce and ship your items with care. Below you’ll find details on how our shipping process works.
Order Processing & Production Times
All products are made-to-order.
Once your order is placed:
- Processing/Production Time: 2–5 business days
(Most orders are produced and shipped within 48 hours) - Orders may take slightly longer during holidays, sales, or high-volume periods.
- You will receive an automatic confirmation email when your order is placed and another email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Times (USA)
Shipping is handled via SpreadConnect’s U.S.-based fulfillment network, with transparent pricing and delivery estimates.
- 95 % of orders are shipped within 48 hours of production start.
- Shipping costs are based solely on order value, not by item count, product type, or weight—so there are no hidden fees.
- Estimated delivery times (after shipment) for U.S. destinations: 3–8 business days, depending on your location, product, and carrier service.
- If your order includes more than 10 items, please note there may be additional production time—please allow a few extra days.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking link via email.
Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking to update after shipment.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been shipped, we rely on the carrier’s delivery services.
If your package is lost, delayed, or stolen:
- Please check the tracking link for updates.
- Contact the carrier with your tracking number.

Incorrect Shipping Address
Please double-check your address at checkout.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional reshipment fees may apply.
